Product

A digital PNG file containing a phone wallpaper with a QR code holding the contact details entered by the buyer, plus the QR code on its own and the contact as a .vcf file. The price shown includes applicable taxes.

Delivery

The download is enabled on the same page as soon as the payment is confirmed. You can download it again from the confirmation page link.

Check your details before paying

The QR code encodes exactly the details you enter. After payment the details are fixed; colours, logo and size can still be changed.

Right of withdrawal

Under Article 103(m) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, TRLGDCU), which transposes Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent, the consumer has acknowledged losing that right, and the seller has provided the corresponding confirmation. Before paying you are asked for that express consent, and the confirmation is sent with your receipt.

Guarantee

If the file does not download or the QR code does not read correctly with the details you entered, write to [EMAIL] and we will fix it or refund you, in line with the legal guarantee of conformity in the Act cited above.

Governing law and complaints

Spanish law applies, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence. You can send complaints to [EMAIL] or to the consumer authorities of your region.
